The efficient single-piece separation system is a set of package single-piece separation processing equipment based on 3D cameras and deep learning technology. It can accurately identify and locate packages, plan the module belt through efficient control algorithms, and separate packages of different volumes and types according to specified spacing.
Through de-stacking, separation, centering conveying, code scanning, sorting and other workstations, goods are sorted and conveyed, replacing the traditional manual supply, bill recognition, sorting and conveying. The single-piece separation system plays a role in sorting the parcels before they enter the automated sorting line, separating and sorting the chaotic and stacked parcels, so that the messy parcels can enter the next link neatly according to the orderly spacing. Its main work functions can be divided into five major areas: general transmission area, diffusion area, separation area, centering area and bag pulling area. The general transmission area is composed of the entrance conveyor line, which quickly transports the parcels to the entrance of the separation system. The diffusion area is composed of diffusion belts, which adjust the speed to make the parcels open and reduce the processing pressure of the separation area. The separation area is composed of a camera and n belt units, and is associated with the single-piece separation system software, which can read data to control the separation spacing. The centering area mainly receives the separated array output parcels to make a transition for the parcels to enter the sorting link. The parcels pass through the bag pulling area, and the distance between the parcels is adjusted to achieve parcel separation.
The single-piece separation system is controlled by a servo motor to operate the belt array. Each belt unit is controlled by an independent servo motor to separate the packages on the belt at the optimal speed to ensure that each package can be separated according to the set queue. At the same time, the visual system can track the package in real time and provide the relative coordinate position of the package. The control strategy algorithm module performs high-speed calculations based on the results of the package location information and the speed value of the conveyor belt, calculates the optimal speed and path, and sends it to each servo controller. Each servo controller controls the belt unit to separate, sort and pull the package.
