Equipment Function:
The Magnetic Core Visual Inspection System replaces manual inspection by performing 100% product examination. Working Principle:
The system employs CCD image sensors to convert captured targets into image signals, which are then transmitted to a dedicated image processing system. These signals are digitized based on pixel distribution, brightness, and color information. The image processing system performs various algorithms to extract target features, ultimately making precise judgments and controlling peripheral equipment actions according to the analysis results.
