The standard configuration includes three inspection stations (bottom + side + bottom views), with flexible options to add or reduce stations based on actual inspection needs.

The system accommodates components with diameters ranging from φ1.0-8.0mm and heights of 2.0-25.0mm, achieving a maximum inspection speed of 1200pcs/min with an accuracy of ±0.01mm. It can reliably detect eight common defect types including head cracks, cross-hole blockages, head diameter deviations, shaft length errors, thread diameter abnormalities, tilted threads, smooth pins, and tail cuts.
